PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a simple solar cell module having excellent external appearance and low cost, by using as a glass board a mold plate glass having a protrusion and recess state formed so that a glare-proofing effect is achieved on a second surface on which a light is incident. SOLUTION: In the solar cell module, for example, a transparent electrode layer 2 is formed on a surface as a different surface from a light incident surface of a glass board 10, and an optical semiconductor layer 3 is formed on the layer 2. A p-type amorphous silicon semiconductor layer 31, i-type amorphous silicon semiconductor layer 32, and n-type amorphous silicon semiconductor layer 33, are sequentially laminated on the layer 3. And, as the board 10, a mold plate glass having a protrusion and recess shape formed on its light incident surface is used. And, in order to obtain sufficient glare-proofing effect to prevent external appearance fault such as 'glare' or the like, a surface roughness of the light incident surface of the board 10 is set to a range of 50 to 500 μm of a value of arithmetic mean roughness Ra and, and a value of mean interval Sm of the protrusion and recess shape is set to a range of 0.1 to 10 mm. |
