<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic field detector capable of approaching the generation source of a magnetic field to be measured even in a condition where plural magnetic field generation sources are present, preventing the influence of the other magnetic field generation sources and measuring only the magnetic field of the generation source of the magnetic field to be measured by miniaturizing the detector itself. SOLUTION: This detector is composed of a multilayer substrate for which a signal layer 2 is held between two ground layers 1, a U-shaped pattern 13 is formed on the signal layer 2 and an almost square shape pattern 11 is formed on the ground layer 1 so as to cover the U-shaped pattern 13. A clearance 12 is provided on a position corresponding to one end part A of the U-shaped pattern 13 on the almost square shape pattern 11, the U-shaped pattern 13 is connected to the almost square shape pattern 11 at the position past the clearance 12 and a coaxial line 4 for signal output for which the other end part B of the U-shaped pattern 13 and a center conductor are connected and the generally square shape pattern 11 and an external conductor are connected is provided.</p> |
