PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transfer a tube put on a wandrel while it is certainly and stably opened and put the tube on a matter. SOLUTION: For the present apparatus, mandrels 2 and 2, made up by splitting a square tube vertically into two each in a flat and vertically long shape while being slim at the upper part, are arranged symmetrically between the descendant centerline L of a tube 1, and opposite rollers 5 and 5, each paired vertically, are provided transversely by pivoting at the inside of each of the mandrels 2, looking outward through through holes 4 formed at positions near the lower part of slimmed upper slopes 3 of each of the mandrels 2. Positioning rollers 7 for positioning the mandrels 2 are provided transversely by pivoting at outer fixing members 6 and 6 on the right and the left the opposite rollers, and the positioning rollers 7 are arranged in rolling contact with the opposite rollers 5 with the tube 1 put there between while driven rollers 8 are provided transversely by pivoting at the lower part of each of the mandrels 2, looking outward through through holes 4 of the mandrels. Driving rollers 9 on the right and the left for lowering the tube 1 are arranged in rolling contact with the driven rollers 8 with the tube 1 put therebetween and furthermore, all of the rollers are manufactured of magnetic materials. |
