PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optimize a regenerative waveform regardless of a pit length by correcting a pulse width with a set correction amount for every recording signal pulse and manufacturing an optical disk witch an optical disk master disk exposing a pit on a resist applied onto a circular substrate based on this. SOLUTION: A pulse width correction circuit 5 corrects a recording signal pulse width by a signal of a frequency generator 1, a recording signal through a pulse width detection circuit 4 of a data encoder 3 and a pulse width correction signal of a pulse width correction data part 9 based on a pulse width correction amount to output at to an exposure light quantity setting circuit 6. Further, a radial position data signal is outputted from a radial position data part 8 to the exposure light quantity setting circuit 6 as an exposure light quantity data signal through an exposure light quantity data part 10, and a control signal is generated by this signal and the pulse width correction circuit 5 output to be outputted to an optical disk exposure part 7, and the circular substrate of fixed speed rotation is irradiateded with modulation light by this control signal, and the pit corresponding to the recording signal is exposed, and the optical disk master disk is manufactured. |
