PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To immediately compare and examine program contents that is written by a maker at the time of shipping with program contents that is altered by a user by writing history data of which program data is stored in 1st volatile memory on 2nd volatile memory. SOLUTION: When an one chip microcomputer is shipped, history of which program data is stored on flash memory 1 is written on flash memory 6. Thereby, because the maker immediately compares and examines the program contents that is shipped by the maker with the program contents that is altered by the user even if a user alters the program contents of the memory 1 intentionally, responsibility is prevented from being wickedly shifted by the user. Further, the setting of a history mode is performed by using an external tester and therefore, it is impossible for the user to rewrite history content of the memory 6. |
