<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plasma reactor capable of rapidly and economically removing a hardly decomposable contaminant of waste water by utilizing plasma formed by applying high voltage of 30-150 kV to the plasma reactor and a microorganism treatment reactor, a waste water treatment apparatus utilizing the same and a waste water treatment method. SOLUTION: A waste water treatment apparatus utilizing a plasma reactor includes a waste water collection tank 14 collecting and keeping inflow waste water, a plasma reactor 1 for primarily treating a contaminant in waste water by using plasma, a large number of beads charged in a housing, electrodes respectively arranged in contact with the inner bottom surface of the housing and the surface of the uppermost layer of the beads, the pulse oscillator 7 connected to the respective electrodes by a power supply line to supply pulses, a storage tank 17 storing primarily treated waste water and the return pipe 21 connecting the waste water collection tank 14 and the storage tank 17.</p> |
