TIME DIVISION MULTIPLEXING METHOD AND RELATED FACILITY USED FOR CENTRAL STATION OF COMMUNICATION NETWORK AND NETWORK TERMINAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase allocable time slots by allocating time slots for transmission in the direction of an upstream to network terminals by a central station C simultaneously sending a group identifier. SOLUTION: A central station CS first forms groups of terminals and assigns a unique group identifier to the formed groups. Terminals T1 to T4 are notified of a group configuration. The station SC identifies a group of terminals which is allowed to occupy the subsequent time slots in a certification field of a PLOAM cell that is periodically and simultaneously sent, and each terminal can detect whether it is allocated to the time slots at the time of receiving the PLOAM cell if terminals are ordered in each group. When it is allocated, the terminals can accurately decide which time slot is allowed to be occupied by them.
