PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the enlargement of diffused resistor in an electrode and thin a solid electrolyte film, while keeping the mechanical strength of a cell for increasing the area by laying a solid electrolytic film over the inner wall surface facing the trough-hole of a base, substance and providing electrodes on both the opening sides of the solid electrolyte film. SOLUTION: Each of solid electrolyte films 4 is formed of a plurality of through-holes 2A arranged in the base body 20 of a cell 19. A supplying passage 21 for supplying one gas to the through-holes 2A is formed on one side of the solid electrolyte film 4 on the base body 20. A supplying passage 22 for supplying the other gas is also provided on the other side of the solid electrolyte film 4. An electrode 23 for covering one side of the base body 20 covers the surface 4a of each solid electrolyte film 4 within each through-hole 2A. The other electrode 24 for covering the other side of the base body 20 covers the surface 4b of each solid electrolyte film 4 and also covers the surfaces of a bulkhead 20c and a wall part 20d. An electrochemical cell element part 25 is formed within each through-hole 2A.
