摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food package capable of being preserved over a long period of time while holding good flavor of food without deteriorating the quality thereof and capable of serving food only by microwave oven heating without cooking the same. SOLUTION: Food is housed in a container fitted with a flange comprising a deoxidizing multi-layer material wherein an oxygen absorbing layer composed of an oxygen absorbable resin prepared by dispersing a deoxidizer compsn. in a thermoplastic resin is provided as an intermediate layer, a gas barrier layer composed of a gas barrier resin is arranged at the outside of the intermediate layer, and an oxygen permeable layer composed of an oxygen permeable resin is arranged at the inside of the intermediate layer, and the container is hermetically sealed by heat-sealing a gas barrier lid material at the flange part to be sterilized under heating.
