<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with a plurality of check valves which are separated by incorporating a plurality of check valves in an electromagnetic type valve. SOLUTION: A pressure compensation mechanism 60 is provided in an inner end part of an introduction hole 16 in a valve main body 14. A compensation check valve poppet 61 is eccentric toward a close position where the flow of hydraulic fluid between an intermediate chamber 21 of a supply valve 10 and a flow-out passage 20 is prevented. Action port pressure is sensed by a load sensing valve 70 provided in the passage through the compensation check valve poppet 61. The load sensing valve 70 is correctly held by a disc 72 having an opening held for the compensation check valve poppet 61 by a spring 64. As a result, if action port pressure for this special valve is the maximum pressure among all action ports for distribution block 12, the load sensing valve 70 is opened to transmit action port pressure to a load detection passage 74. If pressure of another action port is the maximum pressure, the load sensing valve 70 is closed.</p> |
