Applicable to installations equipped with a circuit for conveying air 2 which is distributed through the various sections (offices, rooms), also having means for producing cold and/or hot air 3 which are governed by a control circuit which includes means for selecting winter/summer operation 18 and a maximum thermostat 20 and another, minimum thermostat 21. It is characterised in that all the sections have independent means for selecting the temperature 9 which are connected to the electronic central unit 4. In all the air outlets there are means for regulating the flow of air 1, 8 which are governed by the electronic central unit 4. In addition, it has means for regulating the air overpressure 5 which maintain a constant air pressure at all the outlets irrespective of the number of outlets which are open/closed. <IMAGE>
