Driving shoe with extension of sole over back

The shoe has a heel (4) whose base is covered with a rubber sole (5). This is extended by an extension (6) which is stitched (13,14) to the back of the shoe (13). It covers that part of the upper and extends to the top of the shoe. It is the same width as the heel at the bottom and narrows towards the top.
