The pen has a cap (1) and a core body of a hollow sleeve with steps and circular rib. The body contains a core sleeve, for insertion of a core, with a drum sleeve at the end for a sponge with passage. An ink feed valve set has front and rear valve parts (31,35), front and rear piston (32,33) and a return spring (34). The spring is positioned opposite to ring-shaped grooves in front or respective rear pistons. The rear valve part is sleeve-shaped with a rear tube opening. A drum (4) with one sealed end contains a steel ball (41) and ink.
