The fixing plate (4) is held onto the support (2) by a screw (3) passing through a longitudinal opening (1a) in the piece to be fixed (1). The body of the fixing plate is mounted to move longitudinally on the surface of the piece guided by guides (7a,7b) disposed in the interior of the opening. The fixing plate is blocked in position by the stops (6a,6b,7a,7b,8a,8b) engaging in the opening (1a), and due curvature on its top face, it can move to a freedom of longitudinal movement of the plate (4) in the opening (1a) when the clamping screw (3) is tightened down.
