SOLID ORAL ADMINISTRATION FORMS CONTAINING IFOSFAMIDE, AND PROCESS FOR THEIR PREPARATION

Solid oral ifosfamide preparations in the form of capsules, where the capsule composition essentially consists of the active agent ifosfamide and microcrystalline cellulose, and optionally a flow regulator and antiadhesive agent, whilst one part by weight of ifosfamide is added with 0.2 - 4 parts by weight of the microcrystalline cellulose and 0.001 - 0.1 parts by weight of the flow regulator and antiadhesion agent. There is further disclosed a process for the preparation of the said solid ifosfamide preparations which is commenced by mixing ifosfamide and the microcrystalline cellulose, and optionally a smaller amount of the flow regulator and antiadhesion agent, in accordance with the stated ratios, at 15 - 30 degrees Celsius; and the homogenous mixture thus obtained is filled into the capsules; thus obtained capsules are optionally coated by an appropriate coating.
