Bearing for large engine

摘要

The working surface of the bearing is preferably an AlSn alloy, being supplied with lubricant during normal running. When new, this surface is coated with a thin protective wearing layer which has good dry-running characteristics, and which can be partly of plastic. It can be partly of tetrafluoroethyleneTeflon and can be 5 50 50 mu thick, being typically sprayed on at a maximum temperature of 150 deg C.
