<p>A method of genotyping is provided with wide applicability to all organisms including plants, animals, bacteria and viruses. The method essentially relies on detecting melt curve or Tm differences between DNA samples derived from organisms for which genotypic analysis is required. An advantage of this method is that a single Tm value may be obtained from DNA samples containing multiple DNA fragments, thereby allowing an accurate determination of genetic similarity or dissimilarity between samples.</p> |
