Plug connector

The plug connector has a first plug part in which several lead ends are located. It also has a second plug part in which contact elements e.g. pins or sockets with clamps are arranged. The first part has a number of recesses (11). These each have an insert forming a metal housing. The inner contour of this metal housing is of such dimensions that the two legs of each clamp are inserted sideways and are secured there against spreading open.
