The cutting blade (4) is held between two flat plates (3a and b). Each plate includes a flexible central tab (6a and b), the lower or which carries a projection (10) which fits into an opening (5) in the blade. The blade is released by pressing the upper tab (6b) which moves the projection, allowing the blade to be pulled out.
