Novel TANGO-69 nucleic acid molecules and polypeptides are disclosed. In addition, the invention provides isolated TANGO-69 fusion proteins, antigenic peptides and anti-TANGO-69 antibodies. The invention also provides TANGO-69 recombinant expression vectors containing nucleic acid molecules of the invention, host cells into which the expression vectors have been introduced and non-human transgenic animals in which a TANGO-69 gene has been introduced or disrupted. Diagnostic, screening and therapeutic methods utilizing compositions of the invention are also provided.
