The motor has a coaxial single stage eccentric wheel coupling transmission with a slip clutch for reducing the motor revolution rate. The winding head of the integral electric motor is mounted in the wheel coupling transmission. A driven sleeve (1) with flange for holding the force transfer pin is made in one piece as a fine cast part, which enables the transfer of very large torques
