FIELD: mechanism devices intended for realization of power-intensive operations at slightly varying load. SUBSTANCE: mechanism includes crank, connecting rod, rocker arm and rack articulated together. Articulated with rocker arm is drive pawl for engagement with teeth of ratchet wheel fitted on shaft; axis of oscillation of rocker arm is coaxial relative to axis of rotation of shaft. lengths of member of mechanism are selected in such way that maximum magnitude of transfer angle is obtained inside working stroke and minimum angle of transfer is obtained inside idle stroke.
