FIELD: apparatus for chemical industry. SUBSTANCE: this is intended for maintaining permanent temperature of reagents in chemical process machinery and equipment with high accuracy by means of liquid. Thermostat has two chambers: working chamber and preparatory chamber. Both chambers are filled with heat-carrying agent. Also provided are following components: heater installed in preparatory chamber, heat exchanger, circulation pump of heat exchanger, control unit, pump for delivery of heat-carrying agent. Heat exchanger is located in preparatory chamber. Coils of heat exchanger embrace heater. Inlet pipe union for heat-carrying agent is located in upper part of preparatory chamber between internal surface of housing and heat exchanger coils and is arranged tangentially with respect to surface of coils. Housing of preparatory chamber is made in the form of bowl with walls of equal thickness. Application of aforesaid embodiment of thermostat ensures higher accuracy in regulation of temperature and longer maintaining of preset temperature. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 2 dwg
