FIELD: food industry; equipment for clarification and stabilization of grape juice and wine materials. SUBSTANCE: sedimentation centrifuge has housing, cylindrically conical rotor with holes to discharge centrifugate and sediment, and cylindrically conical auger arranged in rotor. Rotor has section with holes in form of supersonic nozzles in zone of liquid carbon dioxide chamber arranged in housing. This section is enclosed by shell with holes accommodating swirlers arranged in similar vertical planes. Feed pipe is located in auger drum. Auger drum and/or shell are made in form of permanent magnet with radial poles. Rotor is made of nonmagnetizable material. EFFECT: effective cleaning of source material from cloud forming substances. 3 dwg
