FIELD: engineering, in particular, tools for increasing service life of instruments by hardening and restoration of their members. SUBSTANCE: device has power transformer with telemetry equipment, and which is connected technologically to handle with working instruments, members of power supply to tool and additional equipment. Device is designed as single unit which is located in support of lathe instead of tool holder. Spring holder is mounted on base of device for regulation of its position. It is connected to two-lever rocking head which arms are regulated for their length with respect to head rocking axis. Tool rollers are mounted on ends of levers. Rollers power supply is connected to transformer by means of flexible wires of secondary winding. EFFECT: increased efficiency of processing, decreased electric power consumption by factor 5, decreased usage of material by factor of 6. 1 dwg
