FIELD: medicine; pulmanology. SUBSTANCE: method includes spirographic examination and calculation of initial peak volumetric rate of expiration. Then bicycleergometric test is performed with stepped increase in load till submaximum frequency of systole contractions is obtained. This done, repeated spirographic examination with determination of peak volumetric rate of expiration is carried out. If it is reduced, as compared with initial value, bronchial obstruction is diagnosed, and its increase testifies to absence of bronchial obstruction.
