Intensified flow runs about heat-exchanger. Unit is further provided with lifting mechanism for sinking or withdrawing heat-exchanger and intensified flow generating device into or from liquid under process. Mixing device and clot cutter are mechanically connected with intensified flow generating device. Such construction allows quick processing of any amounts of milk directly in dairy farm into predetermined required product.
