SUBSTANCE: invention relates to compounds of the formula (I) <EMI ID=0.526 HE=21 WI=60 TI=CHI> where R - hydrogen, hydroxyl, C<SB>1-9</SB>-acyloxy-group or lower alkoxyl; R<SB>2</SB> and R<SB>3</SB> - H, halogen, lower alkyl, alkoxyl; R<SB>4</SB> - H or lower alkyl; A - fragment of the formula (II) <EMI ID=0.527 HE=21 WI=27 TI=CHI> where R<SB>5</SB> - H, alkyl, alkoxyl, phenyl, pyrrolidine, 5-membered ring containing two oxygen atoms and where carbon atom to which is bound is spiro-atom; or this fragment is a compound of the formulas (III) <EMI ID=0.528 HE=21 WI=30 TI=CHI>, (IV) <EMI ID=0.529 HE=18 WI=27 TI=CHI> where R<SB>6</SB> and R<SB>7</SB> - H, alkyl, aryl or heterocyclic group; n = 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6, or their possible stereoisomers or optical isomers, or their pharmaceutically acceptable salts. Compounds of the formula (I) show inhibitory effect on calcium overloading in addition to their vasodilator activity and inhibitory effect on lipid peroxidation and can be used as benefit or curative agents for treatment of patients with ischemia and hypertension.
