The studded sole (10) for shoes for soccer etc. comprises one or more orientable studs (12) whose transverse cross-section has asymmetries with respect to one or more preferential orientation axes, each stud having an axial portion for coupling to the sole which has, in various angular positions, locator elements, i.e. tangs (14) which are complementary with respect to similar locator elements (15), provided in the sole. The locator elements allow the studs to assume a number of stable active positions, each position setting a specific orientation of the studs, screw elements (16) for anchoring the studs to the sole being provided.
