FIELD: medicine, cardiac surgery; may be used in surgical treatment of anomaly of pulmonary venous return. SUBSTANCE: canal for transfer of blood from abnormally draining pulmonary veins to left auricle is formed of own tissues of vena cava superior and right auricle. Plasty of vena cava superior and right auricle is effected with graft of autopericardium on broad supplying base. EFFECT: provision of physiologic volume of hollows and formation of nonrestrictive and growing canals, reduced volume of surgical work and risk of development of complications. 3 dwg
