PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grommet and a cable-fitting construction constituted such that the number of parts and assembling man-hours required can be reduced. SOLUTION: A cable-fitting construction for inserting a cable into a thorough- hole provided in a partition and fixing it, has a cable inserting hole 15 in a grommet 11 to be inserted and fitted into the through-hole incapable of turning, and this cable-inserting hole 15 and a cross section which cross with the axis at right angles of a part 11b to be inserted into the inserting hole 15 of the cable have a non-circular shape in common. Consequently, it becomes possible to easily perform turn prevention of the cable, so that it becomes unnecessary to temporarily fix the end of the drooping part of the cable to the partition. |
