PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric wire excellent in abrasion resistance and bending resistance by forming a heat resistant paint film layer by covering/ impregnating an insulating covering layer with alumina sol in the electric wire where the insulating covering layer composed of ceramic fiber is formed on a surface of a conductor. SOLUTION: In an insulated conductor, an insulating covering layer 14 composed of ceramic fiber is formed on a surface of a conductor 12, and the insulated conductor is formed. The conductor 12 is an electric good conductor such as copper and aluminum and a resistor being a heating wire such as nickel or nickel alloy, and is formed in a bundle shape. Alumina, silica, zirconia and aluminum silicate are cited as the ceramic fiber to form the insulating covering layer 14. Alumina fiber is most desirably used from the viewpoint of adhesion of alumina sol heat resistant paint to form a heat resistant paint film layer 16. When the heat resistant paint film layer 16 is formed, the alumina sol heat resistant paint is applied to a surface of the insulating covering layer 14, and is dried, and it is formed. |
