摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric component which has high reliability and a low production cost by arranging a plural of conductive fibers in a matrix containing magnetic particles to be oriented in parallel to an axis direction, making the conductive fiber continuous between the both ends thereof and exposing the end parts thereof to form electric contacts. SOLUTION: In a matrix such as a thermoplastic resin polymer containing about 50 wt.% or less magnetic particles such as ferrite, a plural of conductive fibers such as carbon fibers are oriented in parallel to an axial direction and continuously between the ends of a part and are exposed densely to a prescribed length from the ends. A degree of loading charge in a matrix of the conductive fibers having a brush structure is determined in accordance with a required conductivity of the part. This electric part comprising the composite materials is provided by dipping the conductive fibers in a liquid polymer bath, solidifying the polymer by drawing out through an opening having a proper shape to be cut with a laser beam, etc., in a prescribed length, and removing the end parts of the polymer to expose the fibers densely.</p>
