PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a hardware quantity and to shorten a designing processing and a verifying processing by placing the whole or part of bypass control in charge of software. SOLUTION: The values of fields of an instruction code which specify register numbers as a source operand are inputted to a register file 1 and the register values of the numbers corresponding to them are outputted to source operand signal lines 11 and 12. Select signal lines 7 and 8 are provided with the value of a bypass specification field in the instruction code. A selector 5 selects one of the bypass lines 9 and 10 of a 1st source operand signal line 11 and an arithmetic pipeline 2 and a 1st source operand is obtained. A selector 6 selects one of a 2nd source operand signal line 12 and bypass lines 9 and 10 and a 2nd source operand is obtained. |
