PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a misjudgment that a mounting part comes into contact with the upside of a printed board and the erroneous loading of a mounting part, by a method wherein a loading starting point is judged on the basis of variation in a current which flows through a voice coil motor and positional data as to a shaft, when an electronic part is mounted on the upside of a printed board. SOLUTION: When a detected current value of a current detector 19 exceeds a contact detection current value, it is judged that a mounting part attracted to the tip of the nozzle of a VCM 8 reaches a printed board when a shaft 6 of the voice coil motor (VCM) 8 is moved to a contact detection position, and the mounting part is mounted on the upside of the printed board when the detected current value reaches a set loading current value. The nozzle of the VCM 8 is made to ascend up to a return position when it is ascertained that a loading set time elapses, and a loading control is finished. Furthermore, when the position of the shaft 6 of the VCM 8 is not coincident with a contact detection position, it is not judged only by a current applied to the VCM 8, and it is judged whether the shaft 6 of the VCM 8 is moved to a contact position. |
