PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio base station device capable of preventing the updating of data without a provision request from a mobile communication terminal. SOLUTION: A base station file updating time storage area 30b is an area for storing the time at which file data stored in a provision information storage area 30a are updated in a server. A server file updating time storage area 30c is the area for storing the time at which the respective file data stored in the server are updated in the server. A data updating control means 50a judges whether or not it is required to update the requested file data in the case that the provision of the file data is requested from an information communication terminal based on the data of the base station file updating time storage area 30b and the data of the server file updating time storage area 30c, down-loads the file data from the server corresponding to the judged result and executes updating. |
