PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten connection impossibility informing processing time at the time of call termination in the state of leaving to the outside of the service area of a mobile terminal of a small scale mobile communication network or power source OFF within the area. SOLUTION: By the transmission of position information registration cancellation request signals by the mobile terminal 1 when the reception level of control signals from a base station 2 becomes lower than a prescribed value or a power source is turned OFF within the area, a position information data base 5 cancels the registration of a position information management table 6. When an incoming call arrives at the mobile terminal, the position information management table is retrieved, and since position information registration is canceled, the incoming call is immediately connected to a connection impossibility talkie and thus, the time required because connection impossibility can not be confirmed until calling connection is performed and forced disconnection is performed as before is avoided.
