PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting system which has a long-life light source, is capable of attaining bright and uniform lighting by condensing its emitted beams into a prescribed point, and is capable of reducing its size as much as possible. SOLUTION: A light-emitting diode 52 is arranged in a circle with its light- emitting part E facing downward, on an annular printed circuit board 5 formed inside a housing 41 of a head 1. A beam guide 43 constituted of an annular transparent member is arranged ahead of the light-emitting part E, and a reflector 45 is disposed, which inclines so as to protrude forward at least from the outer periphery side of a light-emitting plane 43a of the beam guide 43. By the reflector 45, the emitted beams passing through the beam guide 43 are condensed into and irradiated onto an object to be inspected 100. The light- emitting diode 52 may be arranged in plural lines. |
