PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid a useless communication operation at the time of high-speed movement and to prevent the waste of the labor and time of a user by automatically activating or stopping data communication using a communication terminal corresponding to the moving speed of the communication terminal which is a mobile object. SOLUTION: A data communication control means 30 judges whether or not the moving speed V detected by a speed detection means 20 is less than the moving speed Vs capable of communication by the communication terminal 40, and in the case that the mobile object 10 is stopped or moved at an extremely low speed and it is V<=Vs, sends the activation signals of the data communication to the communication terminal 40. Thus, the communication terminal 40 performs the data communication with an external communication station. Also, in the case that the mobile object 10 is moved at a high speed and it is V>Vs, the data communication control means 30 sends the stop signals of the data communication to the communication terminal 40. Thus, a state incapable of performing the data communication by the communication terminal 40 is attained and the useless operation in the case of actually performing the communication operation with an opposite party and discriminating communication impossibility as a result is evaded. |
