PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To start a busy channel switching operation at an appropriate position and to reduce unrequired processings inside a radio system by receiving GPS signals and estimating mobile station position information by a management station. SOLUTION: When the mobile station 102A continues movement, since busy channel changeover is repeated, there are times that the busy channel changeover is tried to a base station without a free channel, however, forced disconnection is performed at the time. In order to evade it, a using radio channel is reserved beforehand between the base station 101A to a predicted base station to be a switching destination by the movement of the mobile station 102A and the opportunities of the forced disconnection are reduced. When a shifting scheduled base station radio channel is not free, an alarm is issued to the mobile station 102A in an early stage. For shifting scheduled base station estimation, the present location, moving speed and direction information of the mobile station 102A are required. For that, for instance, since position and time information is extracted from the GPS signals received by the mobile station 102A, the speed and direction of the mobile station 102A are estimated from the history. |
