PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device, which attains matching with an external analog circuit, by integrally packaging a timing control circuit for input data inputted from the outside and a reception circuit for receiving the input data controlled into desired timing. SOLUTION: A digital transmission/reception circuit 1 is a semiconductor device making a reception part 4 having a data receiving function, a transmission part 5 having a data transmitting function and a timing control circuit 6 for controlling the timing on the preceding stage of the reception part 4 into one chip. An analog circuit 2 converts analog data transmitted from the other communication equipment to digital signals and outputs them to the timing control circuit 6 inside the digital transmission/reception circuit 1. Based on a select signal inputted from an external pin P of the digital transmission/ reception circuit 1 made into LSI package, the timing control circuit 6 adds the prescribed amount of delay to data inputted from the analog circuit 2 and outputs them to the reception part 4. |
