PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide proper services which give customers a feeling of mental satisfaction by displaying an image of information that a store knows about a customer at need by using an icon (pictorial character). SOLUTION: On the display screen 15A of a monitor 15, respective customer information items of opposite information are displayed as icons, i.e., customer information images IMG represented with pictorial characters to let a store clerk 4 know 'how to treat a currently corresponding member customer to provide proper services'. For example, icons of a 'female face' and a 'male face' are used as icons of customer character information 34 to assign 'active and talkative character' and 'quiet and unfriendly character'. Further, customer treatment attitude information shows 'whether or not special attention needs to be paid to a customer' and in this case, a 'complaining customer' and a 'notable customer' are indicated with an icon of a circle and an icon of a diamond shape. |
