<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a high precision coordinate inputting device capable of being constituted by easily obtainable parts in which satisfactory sense of input can be maintained, and stable oscillation detection can be attained. SOLUTION: This device is provided with an oscillation transmitting board and an oscillation input pen for inputting elastic wave oscillation on the oscillation transmitting board, wherein an oscillation sensor 6a converts the elastic wave oscillation impressed on the oscillation transmitting board into an electric signal. A high pass filter 420 attenuates electric signals with frequencies less than a prescribed frequency including frequency bands in which unnecessary signal components exist among electric signals from the oscillation sensor 6a. A timing signal (tg) for detecting a group delay time is obtained based on the electric signal obtained through the high pass filter 420. On the other hand, a timing signal (tp) for detecting a phase delay time is obtained based on the electric signal from the oscillation sensor 6a. An arithmetic control circuit 1 calculates the group delay time and the phase delay time according to the signals (tg) and (tp), and calculates a distance from an oscillation input point to the oscillation sensor 6a.</p> |
