PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the misoperation of a plant equipment due to a portable operating unit, even when a portable operating is unit connected with a controller by radio by providing a means for detecting the present position of the portable operating unit and a list for designating a place where an equipment is operable for each plant, and discriminating an operable equipment. SOLUTION: A portable operating unit 10 is constituted of a radio transmitting part 13, arithmetic processing part 11, position detecting part 14, liquid display part 12, and memory part 15, and the position detecting part 14 mounts a GPS which receives signals from a satellite and periodically outputs the position information of the portable operating unit 10 to an arithmetic processing part 11. Also, an equipment operable place list 40 is stored in the memory part 15 as a table. Then, an operable discriminatic processing part 16 of the arithmetic processing part 11 compares the position information obtained by the position detecting part 14 with an equipment operable place list 40, and discriminates, whether or not a plant equipment is operable, and an operation processing part 17 outputs an operation command to a controller 1 by radio, in response to an input from an operating part 12b as for the operable plant equipment. |
