PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device capable of stabilizing the supply of a power source to an internal circuit and surely preventing the characteristic deterioration and the malfunction of the internal circuit nevertheless while restraining the expansion of a chip area by restraining the increase of a power supply terminal and a power source wiring. SOLUTION: A desired logic processing is applied to an input signal IN with the internal circuit 1 based on power sources VDD, VSS supplied from power supply terminals X3, X4 to output as an output signal OUT. The input signal IN is smoothed with a smoothing circuit 2. The signal outputted from the smoothing circuit 2 is boosted to a prescribed voltage value by the boosting operation based on a control signalϕwith a boosting circuit 3 to supply to the internal circuit 1 as the power source VDD.
