摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent voltage drop, by providing a first resistor between the source and gate of a FET and with each one end of a second resistor and a capacitor connected to the gate of the FET, and by grounding the other end of the second resistor via a switch along with the other end of the capacitor. SOLUTION: Surce and drain of a P channel FET Q3 are connected on a power supplying line, a first resistor R5 is provided between the source and the gate of the FET Q3, and the one end of a second resistor R6 is connected to the gate of the FET Q3. Then, one end of a switch SW2 is connected to the other end of the second resistor R6, while the other end of the switch SW2 is grounded. Also, one end of a capacitor C is connected to the gate of the FET Q3, while the other end of the capacitor C is grounded. This circuit limits rush current and thereby making it possible to prevent voltage drop without using a resistor for detecting a current.
