ACCOUNTING AND PAYMENT SYSTEM USING RADIO TELEPHONE WITH HIGH SAFETY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an accounting/payment system with high safety by making use of the communication function of a radio telephone set and a network which is prepared in a store, etc. SOLUTION: This system sends an ID number, the application information and a password to a radio telephone base station 3 by means of the communication function of a radio telephone set 1. The station 3 sends the information received from the set 1 to an authentication center 4. The center 4 authenticates the ID number, the application information, the password and a black list and sends the notification of confirmation to a store management center 5 or an electronic register 2. The register 2 sends the application information to the set 1.
