PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate difficulties in information retrieval when individual information whose classification is vague is classified and stored incorrectly by storing unclassified information and its discrimination information inputted through an unclassified information new input window. SOLUTION: A microprocessor 10 displays an individual information management window corresponding to the current day and time on an LCD 20 from a flash memory 24. The microprocessor 10 displays the new input window when a user inputs a new input key N. The microprocessor 10 displays an unclassified individual information input window when the user selects nonclassification in a combo box CB for new input of unclassified information. Then the microprocessor 10 stores the inputted unclassified information in specific format in the flash memory 24 when the user selects a storing key.
