<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for exactly correcting an input position coordinate by an arithmetic processing in a shorter time. SOLUTION: Each cross-point position obtained by dividing the input range of the input face of a coordinate inputting device like a grid is inputted to an input coordinate system, and a coordinate value detected at this time is preliminarily stored as the reference detection coordinate value of a detection coordinate system, and it is checked to which cell with the detected reference coordinate value as a vertex an actually detected coordinate value belongs (S1-S4). Then, the cell to which the detected coordinate value belongs is mapped on a cell corresponding to the input coordinate system so that the coordinate value in the input coordinate system can be obtained as an input coordinate correction value (S5).</p> |
