<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make feasible of simplifying winding work and assembling work, by a method wherein a coil assembly is provided with an electromagnetic coil elecbically connecting a winding starting end and a winding terminating end as well as a pair of lead wires led out in the protruding direction from a terminal containing part to a pin terminal part. SOLUTION: After passing the winding starting end through a recession, an electromagnetic coil 14 is wound up around a circular trench 15a of the coil holder of a coil bobbin 13 and then a pair of terminals 16 are forcibly inserted into the terminal container of the coil bobbin 13. Next, the winding starting end 14a and winding terminating end 14b of the electromagnetic coil 14 led out from the coil holding part 15 passing through an engagement trench 18h and a taper surface 18j are tied up with a pair of protruded pin terminal part 16d to be fixed by soldering step. Finally, the lead wire 22 and a pin terminal 16d in the led out state from the terminal container are overlapped with each other in the central line direction of the coil bobbin 13.</p> |
